- Definitions:
- "Participant" means any individual who submits an entry to the Competition.
- "Entry" means any submission, including videos, audio files, or written materials, made by a Participant.
- "Content" means any information, data, text, images, videos, or audio files posted on this webpage.
- Eligiblity:
1. The Competition is open to teens aged 13-19 who are residents of India.
2. Participants must have parental/guardian consent to participate.
3. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Garden English Chapel (GEC) and their immediate family members are ineligible.
- Competition Rules:
1. Participants must submit their Entry through this webpage.
2. Participants output on the date of the contest must be original, gospel-themed, and suitable for a family audience.
3. Entries will be judged on creativity, talent, and adherence to the Competition guidelines.
4. Winners will be announced on 12 October 2024 during the finale.
5. Teams will compete for the overall trophy, instituted in memory of the teen sons of the martyred Australian missionary, Graham Staines. This will be awarded to the team that secures maximum points across all events.
6. In case of a tie to the overall trophy, the team with the highest number of first places (or) second places (or) third places will be considered, in that order.
- Intellectual Property:
1. By submitting an Entry, Participants grant ChrisTeenz, non-exclusive rights to use, reproduce, the Entry where applicable.
2. Participants retain ownership of their Entry, but grant ChrisTeenz permission to use it for promotional purposes, where required.
- User Conduct:
1. Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participants must not submit any Content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
3. Participants must not engage in any harassing or discriminatory behavior.
4. Consumption of alcohol and use of narcotics / tobacco products including smoking/ vaping is strictly prohibited.
5. Any violations may be reported to the event organisers & disciplinary actions may include disqualification of the individual / team.
- Disclaimers and Limitations:
ChrisTeenz, Garden English Chapel or ACA Avadi, is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the Competition or webpage use.
- Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
- Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time
- Acceptance:
By participating in the Competition and using this webpage, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable if you fail to attend the event. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation / No-show policy.
- No-Show Policy:
* If a participant / team registers but fails to attend the event, it will be considered a "no-show" and will not be eligible for a refund.
* 'No-shows' will forfeit their registration fee.
- Exceptions:
In cases of extreme circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), ChrisTeenz reserves the right to consider a refund or transfer to a future event.
- Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations must by made in writing to our official email, info@christeenz.com at least 14 days prior to the event date.
* Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Policy:
If in line with the exceptions and cancellation policy, Refunds may be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
